Tortillas with salsa

Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice. Do the same with the red peppers. Roughly chop the onions and finely chop the chilli pepper.

Mix all together, add salt and pepper and then pour in the oil. Leave it to soak for at least 2 hours before serving, or even leave it overnight.

Serve with the tortilla chips!
Advice: Green chilli peppers can be very strong so watch out! You can also peel the tomatoes by blanching them for 30 seconds, and grill the red peppers in the oven (30 minutes at 200°C, turning them over regularly) to peel them (it makes them easier to digest because they're cooked and without their skin).
