Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Preheat the oven to 185°C.
Roll out the pastry in a tin, prick the base with a fork, cover with a sheet of baking paper, fill with coarse salt and blind bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the tomato sauce with the cream in a bowl, and add salt and pepper.
When the base of the tart is cooked, remove the salt-filled baking paper.
Crumble the tuna, spread it over the base of the tart then pour the tomato-cream mixture over the top.
Cut each of the tomatoes into three slices and place on the tart.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
