Tomato and ricotta salad

Preparation time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Peel and cut the tomatoes into fairly thin slices.

Thinly chop the garlic very thinly and mix with the tomatoes.

Sprinkle over the chopped basil and chive, add salt and pepper.

Use a small spoon to make balls of ricotta then place these on the tomatoes.

Serve chilled.
