Mixed berry drink

Origin of dish:  North America
Type of cooking:  No cooking needed
 
Preparation time: 5 minutes
 
Ingredients:

    1kg natural yoghurt
    60g sugar
    175ml water
    250ml pureed berries, fresh or frozen
    250g crushed ice

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients using a food processor or blender until creamy.
2. Serve chilled.


Makes about 1.5 litre

This refreshing drink is inspired by lassi, a popular drink in India and Pakistan. Out of season, use frozen berries and reduce the quantity of crushed ice.
