Ingredients (4 /6) :Method: Peel fruit, then cut into quarters.
Heat gently in a covered pan, with water, sugar and cinnamon, for half an hour, or until it has stewed to a pulp.
Serve warm.
Try adding yoghurt or a few walnuts.
