1 kg sugar
Zest of one lemon
A few fresh mint leaves
Water
Method:
Peel
figs
.
In a pan, make a syrup, by bringing the water and
sugar
to the boil together.
Chop
figs
roughly, then blend.
Serve with a few leaves of fresh
mint
.
