Bacon wrapped prunes

Origin of dish:  France

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 6):

    30 deseeded prunes
    6 rashes of bacon
    30 aperitif sticks

Method:

1. Cut the rashes of bacon in 5 length ways (around 1 inch thick).
2. Wrap each prune with a slice of bacon.
3. Keep the bacon in place using the aperitif sticks.
4. Place them on aluminium foil and cook in the oven or grill for 10 minutes on high heat.
Advice: Drinks suggestions: cocktail, champagne
