Cheese fondue

Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into thin strips.

Peel the garlic clove and rub the inside of a saucepan with it.

Pour the white wine into the saucepan and bring to the boil, then add the cheese. Stir constantly.

Season well with black pepper.

Form a paste with the cornflour and kirsch and add to the fondue, stirring well.

Cut the bread into cubes.

Serve.
Advice: Accompanying drink : Kirsch or white wine
