Vegetable crudités with cream cheese sauce

Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

1. Mix cream cheese and chopped chives in a small bowl. Season to taste.
2. Chill for at least an hour.
3. Peel and slice carrots into 4 cm lengths.
4. Wash and chop radishes, tomatoes and cauliflower.
6. Serve as a starter with cream cheese sauce.
Advice: Try serving with different sauces, like curry sauce, blue cheese sauce or salad dressings.
