Liégois coconut ice cream

Preparation time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Heat the coconut milk to about 80°C, add sugar, then mix well.
Take 6 ice cream or dessert dishes and put a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of coconut ice cream in each one.
Pour the hot coconut milk over the ice cream.
Top with whipped cream.
Serve with a straw and along-handled spoon!
