Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Dissolve the chocolate in a little water, add milk and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Leave to cool and add the egg yolk, heat for a little longer.
Remove from heat and whisk.
Pour into cups and add a tablespoon of whipped cream on top of each one.
Advice: Great Cakes : Sachertorte, Austrian Coffee Tart, Apple Strudel, Linz Tart
