Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Gently heat the wine, sugar, lemon rind, cloves and cinnamon in a large pan, over a low heat.
Do not boil!
Serve hot.
Advice: Drink with German apple Cake, Rhubarb tart, German Cherry Pie or Berlin Brioche.
