Ingredients (serves 6):

    6 tablespoons ground coffee
    6 large cups water

Method:

If you are not grinding your own, make sure you buy very finely ground coffee.
If using a coffee machine, put a spoonful of coffee in the filter for each person and add a large cup of water.
If not, add water to a spoonful of coffee per person and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Advice: Try your espresso with these cake recipes: Tarte Tatin, Honey Brioche, Genoa Cake, Lemon Tart or Chocolate Truffles, or a few squares of Green & Black's Organic chocolate.
