Allow 24 hours marinating time.

Salt and put to one side in a dish with finely chopped
over and leave to soak for 24 hours.

Nice recipe but no amount of salt to add to the fish, so for 1kg of anchovies you need 800g-1kg of salt as anchovies can take lots of salt? Any suggestions? Thanks, L.
