Eggs with truffles

Origin of dish:  Italy
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 4 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    4 eggs
    A knob of butter
    1 white truffle
    Salt

Method:

Slice truffles thinly.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Remove pan from heat, break in two eggs, salt, then lay the slices of truffle on the eggs, in the pan.
Put back on heat briefly to cook very lightly and serve immediately.
