Prawn and gorgonzola tartlets

Cooking time: 15 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Wash and prepare the prawns if necessary, then brown in butter and cognac, until the alcohol has evaporated.
Mix the cream with the cheese and add to prawns.
Turn the heat down and add the egg yolk to bind the rest of the mixture.
Lightly grill the bread, place on a baking tray and share out the prawn mixture onto the bread.
Put in the oven for a few minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
Serve immediately.
