Ingredients (
serves 4
):
1 packet ready-prepared
prawns
1 boiled
octopus
Parsley
4 chunks
lemon
4
potatoes
Mayonnaise
1
tomato
A few
lettuce
leaves for presentation
Method:
Seafood tapas
Wash and boil
potatoes
.
Chop
parsley
.
Strain
prawns
.
Season with
olive
oil, and a squeeze of
lemon
and serve onto four plates.
Sprinkle with
parsley
.
Slice
tomato
and put a couple of slices on each plate, along with
lettuce
.
Add a chunk of
lemon
and a spoonful of mayonnaise or aïoli.
Sprinkle with
parsley
and serve warm.
