Ingredients (serves 4):
As many mangos, kiwis, apples, strawberries and peaches as you can eat!
Method: Cut fruit into small pieces.
Arrange on wooden skewers, alternating colours and flavours.
Decorate with mint leaves.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
