Method: Eggs can be boiled in two ways:
Toasted bread of choice
1- Bring a pan of enough water to cover the Eggs by a couple of centimetres to a simmer, then lower the Eggs in with a teaspoon. Simmer for 6 or 7 minutes depending on how set you want the white to be.
2- Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer as soon as they reach boiling-point, cook for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs.
Butter your bread and cut it into strips for dipping, or make toast.
