Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Peel and chop onions, wash, peel and chop mushooms.
Cut meat into 1cm slices and brown in a non-stick pan. Put to one side.
Brown onions in same pan, add mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Chop gherkins and add to pan, season, add cayenne pepper and stock.
Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Add crème fraîche, cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
