Ingredients (4-6) :
Method: Peel oranges and slice, removing pith.
300g sugar lumps
1 glass water
2 teaspoons vinegar
Arrange on a grill pan and leave to dry out at room temperature for several hours.
Next, heat 250g sugar lumps in a cup if water, over a low heat. Add 2 teaspoons vinegar, turn heat up and cook over a high heat until mixture turns golden.
Soak each slice of orange in syrup.
