Preparation time: 180 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1.Peel pineapple and slice very thinly with a sharp knife.
2.Chop fruit in season into small pieces, then marinate in lemon juice mixed with juice and zest of citrus fruit.
3.Add pienapple for a few minutes.
4.Arrange fruit on a large serving plate, or individual plates.
5.Just before serving, add a tablespoon of low-fat berry sorbet, creme fraiche or fromage frais.
