Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Curried prawns 1. Peel and prepare the prawns.
2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and brown the shallot, then add prawns and garlic.
3. Once the prawns are pink, add wine and leave to reduce, before adding the tomato, crème fraiche and salt. Add the pepper and curry powder and cook until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice or noodles.
