Ingredients (for 4 people) :


Method:

Place the nuts, seeds, coconut and oats in a bowl and sprinkle over the ground cinnamon. Pour in the apple and oil and stir to combine.

Add the oat mixture to a non-stick frying pan and toast over a low heat for 5 minutes and set aside to cool.

Next mix the berries in a small bowl and spoon them into four glass bowls with a spoonful of yoghurt.

Sprinkle over the oat mixture and serve.
