Ingredients (for 4 people) :
-170g pot Chobani Fat Free Authentic Strained YoghurtMethod: In a small bowl, whisk together Chobani, avocado, ginger, wasabi, soy sauce and 1 tsp of salt. Cover and chill.
-1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
-1.5cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
-1 tsp wasabi paste
-1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
-4x 170g skinless salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 215°C (Gas Mark 7). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top of baking sheet and lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Place salmon on cutting board. Rub top and bottom of fillets with canola oil and season with remaining 6g of salt.
Place the salmon on the wire rack, flat-side up. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Transfer to a plate and serve with the chilled sauce.
