Preparation time: 1440 minutes
Ingredients (for 3-4 people) :

    -200g/7oz Flahavan’s Organic Oats
    -500ml/1 pint organic apple juice
    -200ml/7floz organic natural yogurt
    -150g/6oz organic dried fruits (prunes, apricots, dried apple, raisins and pear) chopped


To make this dish as tasty as possible you will need to soak your oats and dried fruits overnight in apple juice.

Stir in yoghurt just before serving and voila!
