Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Ingredients (for 4people) :

    -500g lamb mince
    -100g sun blushed tomatoes, chopped
    -50g wholemeal breadcrumbs
    -1/2 x 20g pack mint, chopped
    -8 wholemeal pitta breads, toasted


Mix the mince, tomatoes, breadcrumbs and mint together, season well.

Then it's the messy bit - press into 8 flat oval shapes using your hands.

Barbecue or griddle for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked throughout.

Serve in toasted wholemeal pittas with salad - easy peasy.
