Mixed Berry Ginger Ice Cream

Ingredients (for 4 people) :

    -300g Alpro Vanilla yogurt
    -300g mixed frozen berries
    -70g stem ginger
    -1 tbsp of honey

Method:

Add the frozen berries, Alpro Vanilla yoghurt, stem ginger and honey to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Scoop into bowls and serve immediately, or it can be stored for up to an hour in the freezer.
