Ingredients (for 4 people) :
-1 tbsp olive oilMethod: Heat the oil in the tagine base over a medium heat and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes until softened.
-1 onion, sliced
-450g lamb, diced
-1 1/2 tbsp Schwartz Perfect Shake Moroccan Herb & Spice Blend
-200g tin chopped tomatoes
-50g dried apricots and/or sultanas
-1 tbsp honey
Add the lamb and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, then bring to a gentle simmer.
Reduce the heat to low, cover with the tagine lid and cook very gently on the stove top for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until lamb is tender, stirring occasionally.
