Norwegian Salmon hot flatbread

Ingredients (for 4 people) :

    For the salmon patties:

    - 400g Norwegian salmon fillet (withut skin or bones)
    - 1 tablespoon of chives cut into rolls
    - Salt

    To make the hot flatbread sandwich:
    -2-3 tablespoons of butter
    -1 large beefsteak tomato
    1/2 cucumber
    4 slices white bread of flatbread
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 tablespoons onion and herb cream cheese
    Bowl of cherry tomato and cucumber salad as an accompaniment


Rinse the Norwegian salmon fillet in cold water, pat dry and chop finely.

Add the chives and season with salt and pepper.

Shape the chopped salmon mixture into four flat patties.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and heat the patties in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Wash the tomato and cucumber and cut into slices.

Cut the slices of bread in two to create two thinner slices, then toast (alternatively use a flatbread.)

Lay out one of the halves of bread on the plate and layer with one lettuce leaf a salmon patty and add the cucumber slices and tomato to garnish.

Spread cream cheese on the remaining bread halves and add to top the stack.

One super-sexy salmon sandwich!
