Raw ham and cheese rolls

Ingredients (for 4 people) :


Cut the sprigs of chives into small pieces. Divide the cheese into 4 portions.

Mix each portion of cheese with the chives, basil, curry powder and nutmeg.

Spread out the slices of ham, place each of the 4 mixtures onto each slice of ham.

Roll them up and prick in the middle with a toothpick.

You can cut each up into two or three pieces to make smaller portions if you like.
