Origin of dish:  Thailand
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes
Ingredients (for 3-4 people) :


1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Form into 2-inch balls and roll in flour and then egg wash.
3. Finally roll in breadcrumb and sesame mix.
4. Shape into cakes and deep fry for 2 minutes, removing when crisp.
5. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
