Ingredients (for 2 people) :Method: Rinse and clean the clams and mussels, cut the calamari into strips and remove any small bones from the crab meat.
Fill a pan with water to cook the spaghetti adding a little bit of salt. Then pour a drop of olive oil into a frying pan and sweat some chopped garlic and fresh chilli, add the clams and mussels and pour in half a glass of white wine.
Cover with a lid. In the meantime, add the pasta to the pan of boiling salted water.
Lift the lid from the frying pan and add the prawns, then the calamari and the crab meat. Cook for two minutes and then put it to one side.
When the pasta is cooked (this will take approx. 10 minutes), drain it in a colander keeping a little bit of water, then pour the pasta on to the fish sauce and start to stir everything together adding a little bit more of the cooking water if you need to.
When the mixture looks nice and creamy, add a touch of olive oil and finish with some chopped parsley. Enjoy!
