Ingredients (for 4 people) :Method: Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out the pastry on a light floured surface and line a 22cm/8½inch well-buttered flan dish.
Chill in the fridge for an hour, then bake the pastry case for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Set aside.
Cook onion in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Stir in spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
Transfer mixture to pastry case and cover with cheese. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, Chobani, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over pastry filling.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set, then remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
