Ingredients (for 4 people) :


Wash, peel and thinly slice the carrots and leeks then brown them in a pan with a bit of olive oil.

In a large bowl, mix together 1 spoonful of flour, 2 eggs, 3 sprigs of chopped chives and 200ml of condensed milk.

Add salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured high-sided cake tin.
Add the vegetables and 50g of bacon.

Cook for 20 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 200°C (Gas Mark 6/7).

Serve hot or cold.
