Cream of cauliflower soup

Origin of dish:  Europe
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1-Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and put in a large pan with chopped onion and stock.

2-Bring to the boil, cover and cook over a low heat for 15 minutes. Add milk and nuts and blend in a food processor until smooth.

3-Season and bring almost to boil. Sprinkle with paprika and nuts and serve.

Advice: Try replacing cauliflower with broccoli
