Tuna macaroni

Origin of dish:  Italy
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1- Cook macaroni as directed on packet.
Meanwhile, strain tuna (keep oil and put to one side) and mash in a bowl.
2- Once pasta is cooked, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat oil in a saucepan, then saute onions until transparent. Add pasata and tuna, mix well. Season and add garlic to taste. Mix well, then ad dpasta little by little until combined with sauce.
3- Put mixture in an oven dish and sprinkle with bread-crumbs and couple of knobs of butter. bake for 15 minutes.
Advice: Try adding olives, to bring out the taste of the fish.
