Mozzarella and bacon pizza

Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

1- Roll out pizza base, drizzle with olive oil and spread with pasata.

2- Peel and chop shallot, sprinkle over pasta. Season, then arrange whole bacon slices on pizza.

3- Cut mozzarella into thin slices and arrange on pizza.

4- Bake in oven preheated to 400°F (200°C), for 20 minutes.
