Chocolate eggs with fruit

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


Half-fill each egg with mousse, cream or yoghurt.
Peel and dice fruit.
Arrange in each egg, then finish with a brandy snap.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
Advice: Try making your own butter cream with which to fill your eggs.
