Ingredients (serves 6):
Method: 1-Sieve the flour into a bowl
225g self raising flour
100 ml white wine
chopped pistacio nuts
cheese, grated, to taste
2-Add the beaten eggs.
3-Add the oil and wine.
4-Mix the pastry well, making sure you add lots of air.
5-Add the cheese, nuts and ham. You can also add olives and anything else you can think of.
6-Pour into a greased cake tin.
7-Put in oven for 45 minutes, at 350°F (180°C.
8-Once cooked, a knife inserted into the middle of the cake should come out clean. Leave to settle for a few minutes and serve.
