Origin of dish:  Italy
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1-Brown meat, then put to one side.
2-Brown onions.
3-Add meat to tomatoes and 1/4l of water.
4-Add thyme, garlic, salt and pepper, then leave to simmer over a low heat for half an hour.
5-Add tablespoons flour, mixed with a little cold water.
6-Leave to simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.

Advice: Try adding mushrooms and serving with a baked potato.
