Origin of dish:  Thailand

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1- Peel and slice carrots and leek, sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat with mini corn.

2- Add soy sauce, honey and seafood, cook for further 2 minutes.

3- Add asparagus and sauté for two more minutes.

4- Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
Advice: Make sure you cut the vegetables roughly the same size, so they cook evenly.
