Pasta with roquefort and garlic

Origin of dish:  France

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1- Cook pasta in boiling water.

2- Mash roquefort with a fork, into small pieces.

3- Crush garlic, mix with olive oil and add to cheese.

4- Mix topether, then add chopped basil, pinenuts, salt and pepper.

5 - Toss into pasta as soon as it is cooked.
Advice: This is a great recipe for pasta, either with or without a sauce.
Try chopping the garlic for a stronger taste.
