Creuse fondue

Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):

    1 knob of butter
    1/4 single cream
    1 ladle of flour
    250g good quality cow's cheese


1-Remove the crust and cut the cheese into slices.
2-Heat some water in a pan and melt the cheese into it, stirring regularly.
3-Add the cream and turn the heat up.
4-Mix the butter and flour in a separate bowl, spreading the butter with a whisk.
5- Mix into the fondue over a high heat until you get a smooth mixture.
6-Heat for another 5 minutes and then put over lit fondue heater.
8-Season and serve immediately.
Advice: Serve immediately with bread or chips
