Light cinnamon and orange brownies

Origin of dish:  North America

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):


1- Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the water.
2- Mix the egg whites, almond extract and melted chocolate.
Add the sugar, flour, cocoa and cinnamon, then add the orange zest and nuts.
3- Pour the mixture in a greased brownie tin, lined with greaseproof paper.
4- Cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Leave to cool slightly, before cutting into squares.
