Origin of dish:  France

Preparation time: 50 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

1-Heat oil in pan and melt stock cubes, crush garlic and add.

2-Cut all vegetables and add to pan.

3-Leave to cook at a medium heat for at least 20 minutes... it's ready!
Advice: A very simple recipe which always goes down well.
