Ingredients (serves 8):Method: 1-Make coffee.
2-Put 4 egg yolks in saucepan at a low heat. Add condensed milk and fill the empty tin with water. Add to mixture and heat mixture, stiring well. Leave to simmer, do not bring to boil.
3-Soak biscuits briefly in luke-warm coffee. Arrange on a plate or cake-stand.
4-Pour a little of the creamy mixture onto biscuits.
5-Add another layer of soaked biscuits. Pour on mixture, repeat until no mixture or biscuits are left.
6-Add meringues to top.
7-Leave to chill overnight.
