Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  Oven
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 10):


Method:

1-Line the bottom of a flan dish with the puff pastry.

2-Mix all ingredients together.

3-Put in dish on pastry, add second layer of puff pastry to close. Brush with egg yolk and put in oven for 20 mins at 450°F (235°C).
Advice: Make sure the pastry is well sealed, it might help to secure the top between the edge of the botom layer an the side of the flan dish.
