Normandy pancakes

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1- Pour the flour and vanilla flavoured sugar in a small salad bowl.

2- Add a whole egg and mix in the milk gradually.

3- Heat up a frying pan and melt a nob of butter

4- When the butter is hot, add the pancake mix and cook like an omelette.

5- Once it is cooked, add some sugar and return to the pan using a plate, let your pancake caremalise and add sugar to the top of the pancake.

6- serve hot.
