Starter - Cheese
Origin of dish:  Greece
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1-Make the pastry. Mix all ingredients, but leave the yeast until last.

2-Let the pastry rest in a cool, dry place for at least 3 hours.

3-Slice the onion. Crumble the feta and add to the onion. Finely chop the parsley and add to the mixture.

4-Roll out the pastry and cut into circles of about
7 cm acros.

5-Put the feta mixture on a pastry circle and close with another circle, pressing firmly to make sure they are sealed properly. Repeat until you run out of pastry.

6-Fry until golden.
Advice: Try choosing other shapes for your sambousek, like triangles or squares.
